Next, we flew to Oahu. After arriving in Honolulu, we settled in to our new hotel, started taking in the sites (and took Grandma to Kaiser b/c she fell in Hilo; she was okay but needed a couple braces)
Our first Breakfast at LikeLike Drive In. It was right next to our hotel, had reasonable prices, decent food, friendly faces, and Aunty Ruth (you'll see a pic of her later).
Meeting Baby A at a Family meal with some members of our extended family who live here in Hawaii.
The kids were very excited to meet Aunty J's (Daddy's Cousin) baby. Baby A is their 2nd cousin.

We got masks for the kids so we could take them out to the reefs to see the wildlife (only along the edges since neither of them are strong enough swimmers to truly snorkel), but K would not put her face in the water, so she didn't see anything. e would put his face in the water, but wouldn't keep it in long enough. We doubt he saw much, if anything. We'll try it again when they are older.
The kids, and us, still had fun playing in the sand and water.
